Many people who work in Jackson or Teton Village actually commute from Idaho, where housing tends to be more affordable. One of the highlights on that side of the pass is Grand Targhee Resort, which offers stunning views of the backside of the Tetons. A daily shuttle is available to take visitors to the resort for a day of skiing.
